Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011 and is most well-known for her role as Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward the teen drama comedy TV show. Tarlov is the eldest daughter of two and was raised in Manhattan. In the Little Red School House, she started her professional journey as Mrs. Peterson at age 10. The production was well-received by the seventh graders. The actress studied for a year in Paris as a student at NYU Tisch, and was a summer student at NYU Tisch during her teen years studying Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College is where she received the Bachelor of Arts (theatre) and studied a range of different forms of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company, in which she was a participant as well, taught her how to integrate acting and writing in classes like the LAByrinth Theater's Master class. Molly traded in her black winter coat to get a pair of glasses in black, and then headed to Los Angeles. Her parents were thrilled with her performance of three words on iCarly. She has since done several shows on television and has created the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family series Huge. Molly loves to pretend she's a pro at basketball even when it's not true. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
